Bryce Harper slammed a homerun and Dallas Keuchel went 8 strong innings at
Turnpike Stadium as the Dallas Ft Worth Spurs beat the Vermont Fighting Sioux
by the count of 1 to 0.

Vermont surrendered what proved to be the only run of the contest when Dallas
Ft Worth scored in the 3rd inning.  The early run support proved sufficient
for Keuchel(2-0) and Dallas Ft Worth.  That was all the run support Keuchel
required.  Overall Dallas Ft Worth out-hit Vermont 7 to 3. 

Hector Rondon recorded his 4th save.  John Lackey(0-1) absorbed the loss.  He
pitched 7 innings and surrendered 7 hits and no walks.

The Dallas Ft Worth ballclub's record now stands at 9-6.  With the loss,
