The Dallas Ft Worth Spurs scored 4 runs in the 6th inning and got by the
Springfield Isotopes at Turnpike Stadium.  The final score was 8 to 6.

Todd Frazier enjoyed a fine day at the plate.  He delivered a single in the
5th inning, emptied the bases with a Grand Slam homerun in the 6th inning and
doubled resulting in a run in the 8th inning.  Springfield made it exciting
in the 9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs across. 

Dallas Keuchel(1-0) got credit for the victory, pitching 8 and 1/3 innings and
allowing 5 runs. Hector Rondon recorded his 1st save.  The losing pitcher was
Cole Hamels(0-1).  He was knocked around pretty good, giving up 7 runs in 5
and 1/3 innings.
