In a close game it was the Lake Champlain Cannibals 8, the Dallas Ft Worth
Spurs 6 in 10 innings at Turnpike Stadium.

The score was knotted at 6 after nine innings.  Lake Champlain was victorious
in the 10th inning.  After an out was recorded, Christian Yelich kicked off
the action when he reached on an error.  Brett Lawrie came next and he
slapped a base-hit.  After another out, Betts was running on the next pitch
and he stole second.  Brian McCann was up next and he lined a single driving
home two runs.  Dallas Ft Worth had 14 hits in the game while Lake Champlain
had 11, but Lake Champlain had the more timely hits. 

The victory was credited to Roberto Osuna(1-1) who went 2 innings, allowing no
runs. Drew Pomeranz got the save, his 1st.  Ryan Madson(1-2) suffered the
loss in relief.  It was a tough loss for him as he did not allow an earned
run in his 2 innings of work.
