Bump in the Road, Trend, or History??? Griz Fans Want to Know

Bear fans want to know - "Who are the real Grizzlies."

Are the results of our latest 3 series: 2 wins and 6 loses - a Bump in the Road?
a Trend?
or is History repeating itself?

After a 7-3 start in 3 exciting home series the Griz took 2 of the next next 8 games and their record fell quickly to 9 - 9. LCC took 2 of 3 from the Griz, as did VFS. Then MSU sneaked in to Grundy County and stole 2 games.

Lou Pinella the new Griz manager stated "Thats Baseball"

Lou told the media that the Griz have been in every game. Pitching has been good, hitting all right, and the defense stellar. Sometimes you just can't win'em. However, we play every game to win and unlike the past we are not getting our brains kicked in. We are competitive, and the league is about to find out just how competitive we can be. Our challenge will be the next 3 series. if we are .500 or better after those games - we should have something to build on.

Cuddyer leads the Griz with 20 hits, 12 RBIs, and a .345 average
Lowell and Martin have each scored 10 runs to lead the team
Upton has 5 of the Griz 15 steals
Martin's 4 HRs still lead the team
Bannister and Marquis are both 2 - 1
Team ERA is 3.31

Griz fans were disapointed that the 10 games reported prior to 4/12 were not include in league stats.
