Jason Heyward had 3 base hits and 2 RBI as the streaking Dallas Ft Worth Spurs
beat the Illinois Chow Chows by a score of 8 to 5.

Dallas Ft Worth took the lead for good in the 3rd inning plating 2 runs
utilizing 2 base hits.  After an out was recorded, Heyward was the sparkplug
when he slapped a single.  Bryce Harper stepped up next and he blasted a
two-run home run.  Dallas Ft Worth finished with 13 hits while Illinois ended
up with 7. 

The win went to Andrew Cashner(3-2) who allowed 4 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings.
Bryan Shaw earned the save, his 1st.  Matt Moore(0-1) was the loser.  He was
knocked around pretty good, giving up 8 runs in 5 and 1/3 innings. 

Dallas Ft Worth remained hot, improving their record to a division leading
18-3.  They now have a record of 9-1 in recent days.  With this loss,
Illinois has a 0-1 record of late, 0-1 overall.
