Godzilla Breaks Up Hudson No-No

record holder for pitchers,
narrowly missed his first NASBL
no-hitter when Lake Champlain's
Godzilla laced a ringing double in
the seventh inning. Hudson must
have LCC's number as Lake
Champlain was the team that
Hudson cranked his record breaking
long ball against last August. Matsui's
double was the only blemish in
Hudson's complete game shutout.
Outlaw GM Hildebrant quickly proclaimed
every remaining Hudson start at Wreckin'
So Field this year to be a nickel whiskey
night in recognition of Hudson's accomplishments
and contributions to the franchise.

Tim Hudson didn't allow a hit until the 7th inning at Wreckin' So Field as the
Outlaw Josey Wales beat the Lake Champlain Cannibals 4 to 0.

Hudson(12-11) was tremendous on the mound for Outlaw.  He gave up just 1 hit
and 3 walks in 9 innings.  The right-handed Hudson had his no-hit bid broken
up by Hideki Matsui who doubled with nobody out in the 7th inning.  Outlaw
finished with 8 hits in the victory.
