Jhoulys Chacin delivered 6 solid innings at Turnpike Stadium where the Dallas
Ft Worth Spurs beat the Vermont Fighting Sioux by the score of 3 to
2.

Dallas Ft Worth plated all the runs they needed in the 7th inning with 3 runs
on 3 hits.  Tommy Pham started the inning off right when he hit a single.
Anthony Rizzo was next and he drew a walk.  Aaron Altherr then doubled
knocking in a run.  After an out was recorded, Mike Moustakas came to the
plate and was walked intentionally to load the bases.  Austin Barnes stepped
into the box and ripped a single which accounted for two additional runs.
Neither team was able to score until the 7th inning. 

The victory went to Chad Green(1-0) who went 1 and 1/3 innings, allowing no
runs. Fernando Rodney recorded the save, his 4th.  Chase Anderson(0-1) took
the loss.  He allowed 3 runs and 3 hits in 6 innings.
