the Vermont Fighting Sioux beat the Shawnee Crows 7 to 1.
 
Vermont had 4 runs cross the plate in the bottom of the 5th inning with the
help of 4 hits.  The biggest moment was provided by Martin who made the
Vermont fans a happy lot when he doubled bringing in two baserunners.
