Rougned Odor hit a homerun and had 2 RBI at Fighting Sioux Field as the
Slatington Bulldogs beat the Vermont Fighting Sioux 8 to 7.
 
Masahiro Tanaka(1-0) had a fairly solid outing.  He went 8 and 1/3 innings
allowing 11 hits and 4 walks.  Tanaka whiffed an impressive total of 9
Vermont batters and gave up 2 homeruns.  Vermont had a chance to come back in
the 9th but they came up short.  
 
Aroldis Chapman recorded his 1st save. Brad Peacock(0-1) was the loser.  He
allowed 8 hits and 7 walks in 5 innings.
