The Vermont Fighting Sioux got by the Lake Champlain Cannibals at Fighting
Sioux Field.  The final score was 4 to 2.
 
Vermont scored 3 runs in the 4th inning when they had 3 base hits.  Ji-Man
Choi started the inning off right when he doubled.  Kendrys Morales came next
and he ripped a base-knock.  Eduardo Escobar then drew a walk to load the
bases.  Max Kepler was up next and he slapped a one-base hit scoring two
teammates.  Carlos Correa came to the plate and hit a sacrifice fly scoring
the final run of the inning.  Vermont and Lake Champlain each finished the
night with 7 hits.  
 
Patrick Corbin(7-3) allowed 2 runs in 7 and 2/3 innings, and picked up the
victory. Reyes Moronta preserved the game for Corbin, recording his his 4th
save.  Jose Berrios(4-5) was given the loss.
