Jack Flaherty dominated striking out 14 Outlaw batters as the sizzling Vermont
Fighting Sioux outscored the Outlaw Josey Wales 8 to 4.
 
Flaherty(2-0) delivered a fine performance for Vermont.  He allowed 5 hits and
4 walks in 8 and 2/3 innings and surrendered 3 homeruns.  Vermont rapped out
7 hits for the night.  
 
Kirby Yates was credited with his 2nd save.  Julio Teheran(0-1) was the loser.
He had trouble throwing strikes and issued 8 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings.
 
'Everything felt great' Flaherty said. 'I had a good fastball, I felt I could
throw it by everybody tonight.'
