In a continuing roster shake up, Bethlehem sends aging and oft injured Akinori Otsuka to Lake Champlain for oft injured, but younger, Brandon McCarthy and a draft pick. Manager Burns seemed non committal when asked about the deal. He said "we believe that younger players heal quicker and we are excited about the possibility of competition for our injured reserve spot for next offseason.
