Rumors of Discontent in Lehigh Valley

There are hushed conversations in the halls of the Pig Pen. Nothing certain, just the possibility of discontent. It is rumored that one of the largest Pigs might be shipped out of town to the meat packing plant in exchange for "players to be named later". "We cannot and will not have discontent within our locker room" manager Burns noted dryly. If one of my players is displeased with something about our team, he should have the stones to come and speak with me directly. As of now, I have not heard anything, therefore, I do not believe there is a problem".

"Reliable sources" note that there have been rumblings from some of the poorer performing players about the team makeup and the stadium makeup. "No one on this team is inexpendable" remarked Burns who also noted that "everyone must pull their weight (not so easy for some) and contribute in some way. Our closer has been terrible and our "slugger" has not even reached his weight as far as batting average is concerned." Stay tuned for further developments.
